In the past year, COVID-19 caused a paradigm shift that completely changed people’s attitudes towards livelihoods and ways of working. People have to think in a completely new way, and new needs for a more flexible workstyle have started to appear. The best example is a strong national demand of teleworking, which means a practice of working from home, making use of the internet, email, and the telephone.

Taking this as a big business opportunity, we propose a new business model. For instance,

• Based on the new market needs mentioned above, we focus on recruitment and training engineers who can flexibly respond to remote work from all over the country, to meet the demands of high business IT efficiency.
• We give efforts to open new markets and strenghten recruitment of engineers, particularly focus on women who plan to return to work after raising children, and professionals who want to return to the IT industry after changing careers.
